Hi, I’m Yamini.
I’m a podcast producer, editor, and educator, and I help people tell their stories well.
I see stories, I feel stories, and I love sharing them. We’re swimming in bite-sized content, data, and opinions, yet what truly connects us is still a good story. When you find one, you give it your time, your most precious resource.
My expertise covers the full life of a podcast: shaping the idea, interviewing, recording in the studio and the field, editing for clarity and pace, and publishing and growing an audience. I’ve done all of it as the creator and host of Women of Wayland – The Podcast, as a producer and editor for independent creators, and as a public radio correspondent. Today I teach it through workshops and one-on-one lessons, guiding beginners from first idea to published episode and helping working podcasters edit faster and better.
I came to audio from engineering, an MBA and a music degree, so I bring both a storyteller’s ear and a problem solver’s mind to every project. Learning, listening, and leading are the mantras I live by.
